Basics of Liberty

Lungeing horses is one of the most commonly misunderstood and incorrectly executed exercises. In this video, we break down exactly what is going through your horses mind when being lunged.

What you will learn
  • What is lungeing, from the horses perspective?
  • How to lunge properly – an exercise for the mind, not the body
  • Do not ‘abandon’ your horse! Teach them that they are still within the safety of your herd.
