If you are unable to fill your position for any unforeseen reason (including horse related), it is your responsibility to find a replacement participant or horse for yourself.

If the clinic is full and a wait list is available, a refund will be provided and your position will be given to the next participant on the waitlist.

There is a minimum age requirement of 15 years of age. This age limit is subject to approval. Children under this age must be supervised by an adult at all times.

Participants on the waitlist will be refunded if a place does not become available.

The Clinician/Coordinator has the right to request a horse be removed from the arena/area if disruptive to other participants.

If the clinic is cancelled or postponed fees will be refundable.
